# Elsewhere
California stands at 93.6 in week 5. The 2026/27 crop is forecast at 2.694 billion pounds, 0.8% below 2025. By the September report, 30.6% of the expected crop was shipped or committed, against a median of 38.7% and a range of 28.9% to 52.5% since 2000. Shipments are running at the normal pace for a crop this size, though 20% above the same point last year.
